What Causes Right Sided Stomach Pain And Dizziness?

Hello, My name is Melissa. I have been having very sharp pains on my right side close to my belly button. I have also been very dizzy. I have been drinking lots of water and eat a good diet. I have swallowed a cap to my tooth a couple nights ago, should I get this checked? Melissa

HI
Well come to HCM
Your query and concern highly appreciated, I had gone through the history given here, as long as the foreign body is concern in my opinion it could be matter of concern more and I would advise to get this confirmed whether it is being expelled out or not, if this is not there then the abdomen pain could be due to many reasons but the most common is dyspepsia and colic, for the colic it could be biliary colic, renal colic, beside this infection, allergic condition could be the cause.
For right or proper diagnosis condition needed investigations, then and then it can be well differentiated, pain could be nonspecific and will come around without any medicines I would advise you to wait for that.
Medication:- Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen can be tried if needed.
hope this information helps.
