What Causes Right Upper Shoulder And Neck Pain?

I am having right upper shoulder pain and neck, nausea, and my lips just started tingling off and on. I ve had a heart attack - 2003 - had a stent placed in LAD aka the widow maker. I am female, 58, 5 9 187lbs, smoker, disabled from RA, Fibromyalgia. Obviously I m concerned about my heart. Thank You.
