What Causes Running Nose After Using Zeebee Syrup Dosage?

My 3 year old daughter is started doing cough at night , i gave a natural zeebee s syurup at night , she was not coughing after that , but morning we saw she has running nose , gave sinarest syrup couple of our back .. she is sleeping now ... is it ok to observe like that

You can observe .

She can be given medication if needed to help with any symptoms can occur.
Rest and fluids would also help.
