What Causes Running Nose, Hurting Ear And Watering Eyes In A 4 Year Old?
Just want to double check....my 4 year old has never had an ear infection or any real illness. over the last few days, cough, stuffy/clear runny nose, ears started hurting yesterday. Now her eyes will not stop watering. Nothing serious, just a side effect, with the non stop watery eyes, correct? I have 3 other much older children and never happened with them.

Your little one is having an attack of flu. Sometimes the flu strain can cause cough, watering of eyes and stuffy nose with ear pain. Please do not worry but it is always better to consult a pediatrician and give symptomatic treatment.
