What Causes Runny Nose And Aching Legs In A Child?
My daughter has been ill now for approx 2 1/2 wks with various symptoms. Aching legs, very runny nose, lack of appetite, high temp on & off, occasional vomit. Now she seemed to get better about 3 days ago then last night she woke up sweating with a very runny nose and this morning she had a another temp of 39.2! Do you think this is swine flu? She is 3 1/2 and has a brother who s 1 and has pretty much same symptons. Thanks
Aching legs and running nose may not be interlinked. your history quit suggests me of the viral illness, swine flu chances are less.
Since your daughter is having a lack of appetite, it better to visit the hospital and get her clinically examined thoroughly so that you can prevent her from going into dehydration.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr RAVI, Pediatrician
