What Causes Runny Nose And Cold Along With Low Grade Fever?

Since 2/18/17, I have experienced a low grade fever, chills, body aches, body shaking from being cold. My nose is runny and my throat is red with some white, mucus-looking stuff on the sides. My lower back in the kidney area hurts when I take deep breaths and my chest feels heavy. Stiff neck feeling. Is this possibly Influenza? I have just started to have colored sputum as of this morning.

Your stomach hurts because it's tired of coughing more. And most probably you have a Streptococcal uppe respiratory tract infection. Usually there is a tendency in doctors to avoid prescribing antibiotics initially. But you have suffered for quite some time now and need them now. So take-
TAB AUGMENTIN 375 MG OR 625 MG three times a day.
Tab LORATADINE 10 MG TWICE A DAY
Tab PARACETAMOLE 500 MG 4-5 TIMES A DAY.

Take the above for at least 5 days and you'll improve.
