What Causes Runny Nose With High Fever And Leg Pain?

Hi my two year old had been unwell all day with a running nose and has been moaning past couple of days about her legs aching. She keeps getting and high temperature but Iccan't seem to bring it down. She also moaning that her heaf hurt her checks are bright red and her body boiling

It's possibly due to allergic Rhinitis.
Antihistamines like Cetrizine Will be very helpful.
I would also suggest steam inhalation which will be beneficial.
