What Causes Scab Development On Breasts After Taking Plan B?
well my gf took the plan B pill and ever since then(like a month) her breasts have been hurting and it seems all that went away and now she has a little tiny scab on each of her nipples. and she doesnt know why and we d think she wud b ok now from having side effects from that stupid pill. is this something serious it didnt look bad and like the scabs seem like they will go away with some cream but what if they return? what is it and what r some possible reasons for her to have those little scabs???

Plan B contains levonorgestrel, a natural female sex hormone called progesterone that is used as emergency contraceptive method in the prevention of unwanted pregnancies from unprotected sexual intercourses if it taken within 72 hours of unprotected sexual encounters. Plan B may cause breast tenderness and enlargement, irritation or scab formation around nipples etc. These side effects are usually mild and go away over time as the body adjusts to this medication. If these side effects persist, you should consult your doctor first for medical help.
