What Causes Scar In Umbilicus?

Hi I have a small scar to the upper left of my umbilicus and was wondering what it could be from. I have always had it but do not know how because I am adopted. I was asked by a doctor if I had had laparoscopic surgery but am not aware if I have. I am wondering if it could be related to something with my gastrointestinal tract as I have now started to develop some problems within the last couple of years. I was adopted when I was 5 and I am now almost 20, I am 1.75m tall and weight about 70kgs at most although I have lost some weight for unknown reasons lately

OK don't worry usually scar near the umbilicus as a result of any surgical procedure or may be due to trauma . since you have weight loss and some problems kindly consult a gastro specialist
