What Causes Scar Tissue Build Up Around Anus Along With Anal Bleeding?

Age: 22
Sex: Male

Very healthy through out life, I have had a few wrecks and combat injuries.

I had a bowel movement tonight and I noticed I was dripping blood into the toilet. I am straight, have never had anal sex or anything like that. I looked in the mirror and it seems like I have some excess scar tissue building up around my anus. What could be happening?
