What Causes Semen Discharge From Stool?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...My son has FIX, and says he believes that he is experiencing semen in the stool or right after.
He is a 26 yr old male, healthy in most respects and not sexually active. He is hetrosexual.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Even if it is the semen presence in feces, it cannot be felt or gives any symptoms it is a very vague type of feeling, but it could be some hallucination it is the psychological condition.

He may be in need of some counseling, it is not at all possible that someone feels the presence of semen in the stool, it is a pure form of the psychological condition.
