What Causes Semen Like Discharge In Urine?

Hi I have just experienced what looked to me like semen in my urine. I am sexually active but have not experienced any other discharge or irritation of any kind.. However, my testicles were a little achy for about 2 hours which a nap seemed to relieve. I am taking anabolic steroids and have been for about 2 months.. Do u have any ideas
