Hello!
I read carefully your question and understand your concern.
In my opinion your symptoms may be related to a panic disorder. The memory problems are of short term memory and are more related to the lack of attention, which is typical in anxiety.
In your age I would recommend a good neurological examination and neuropsychological tests to examine better the problem.
Other tests like a full blood work and a brain MRI scan would be necessary to exclude secondary causes of a panic disorder syndrome.
Hope to have been of help!
Thank you for using HCM!
