What Causes Severe Abdominal And Back Pain With Stomach Bloating?

having severe abdominal pain radiating to the back. Pain started shortly after dinner 5 hours ago. Tried vomitting, drinking pepto bismol and eating tylenol, but nothing is helping. also feeling kind of bloated and gassy. 28 year old female, 220lbs.
