What Causes Severe Abdominal Cramps And Diarrhea?

yes I have been battling intestinal symptoms since childhood. I have severe cramping, diarrhea that is explosive and the pain does not stop until I have vacated the contents of my bowels. I also have a weird pain in the lower bowel that feels as if there is a narrow space in the intestine and the feces can t fit through. The pain is so severe that i break out in a sweat. can you help me figure out what is wrong?

I really appreciate your concern, if these are the complaints since long being then it is the chronic abdomen disease and if this is not being investigated up till now then better to get done the investigations like imaging studies, routine blood tests, now looking to the symptoms given here it seems to be Irritable bowel syndrome, if this is so then it is more or less functional kind of disease and if it is confirmed then need to be given try with Diloxinate tablet and other hope this information helps.
