What Causes Severe Abdominal Cramps And Headache?

I have been having runny green poop that it urgent when it comes, my period is extra heavy. I have had bad stomach craps and headaches and now I have a small inflamed red dot on my stomach that hurts non stop. When I eat I just get worse craps and it comes right out. I ve only been able to eat popcorn for the last day.

Runny green poo is indicative of an intestinal infection. The pelvic congestion can lead to heavy periods. The small inflamed red dot on abdomen can be due to cellulitis or an impending abscess.
I would advise the following in such a situation:
Send the stool, blood and urine for tests.
Clinical evaluation helps to get the probable diagnosis.
A course of an antibiotic, metronidazole, and probiotics can help control the symptoms well.
The red dot on abdomen can be evaluated the same time, high resolution ultrasonography can help to know the internal extent of it and helps in planing any management as required.
