What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain And Loss Of Appetite?

I am having abdominal pain (dull, achy. about a 6) that gets worse after eating. No appitite, unintentional weight loss (10lbs in 3 weeks), neausea, vommiting (only a few times) cannot drink without causing more pain. The pain also radiates from my left, to my right. Mostly midline. I have also been experincing pain in my lower back on and off. Any ideas of what this could be? if it is emergant or should I just wait to see if it passes. Its been going on for 2 weeks and gradualing getting worse
