What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain With Gastritis And Diarrhea?
Hello on Wednesday night after going out to dinner came home felt gassy and then had diarrhea really bad. My stomach hurt as if I felt knots I was very uncomfortable as time went on I vomited several times had a fever the next day today is Saturday and I have no appetite and my stomach is bubbling? Also am burping dont know if I have a flu bug? About an hour ago I had 1/2 can of tuna and apple sauce and was so full im a lil scared any suggestions? I would really appreciate it.
