What Causes Severe Acid Reflux And Constipation?

I have bad acid reflux so I cough a lot and I noticed when I do something inside me feels like it is coming out under my belly button and above it . also I have not been having normal bowel moments for some time. I have no urge to go poop. i have to make myself go and if any comes out it is diarea and not much at all so when I cough I try to hold my belly so my inners don t pop out. its the weekend I do plan on seeing a dr as soon as one will see me

* Constipation is related to intestinal motility or digestive enzyme related
issue more likely .

* Important one is my suspect of Umbilical hernia in your case , must
