What Causes Severe Anal And Stomach Pain During Bowel Movement?

Sometimes when i poop i get a severe aching pain in my anus and stomach and feel nauseas. There is nothing i can do to stop it and the pain increases and i get to the point where ifd i dont focus i will black out. I feel like im going to vomit and i get very tired all of a sudden. This usually happens when i push too hard.
