What Causes Severe Anxiety While Suffering From High BP?

Hi my mother who is 84 years old has been having problems with feeling within her body like she is racing inside. She had breast cancer and takes blood pressure medicene which recently when she had her follow up visit her blood pressure was high in the office around 180 on her first number so they advise her to take not only her 50 mg of linsopril but increase her second blood pressure medicene from 2.5 to 5 mg daily. Im trying to find out if this could cause her body to feel like it is racing away even while she trys to sleep she also has a history of having fainting spells. email is YYYY@YYYY
