Hello,

I had gone through the case and found that it is the case of sciatica pain.

So take mild painkiller and do leg stretching exercise and Vitamin D3 and Vitamin B12.

If pain is unbearable then go for physiotherapy and injection epidura.

Hope my answer will be effective for you.

Thanks
