Hello, For the past few days ive been having great back pain but i started to sleep on a pillow it seems to ease the pain of sleeping. Today around 7am i eat breakfast a hour after maybe sooner i started to feel dizzy. Then came the lightheadedness and nausea. I was in fear to drive home. I thought maybe i ate something wrong. When i got home i used the restroom (#2) not much proggress. After i felt even more lightheaded and dizzy so i ate more. Hoping it was lack of protein that was making me feel this way. It didnt help. I drunk some apple juice and relaxed in the couch. And my heart started to beat through my chest. My first thought is im pregnant. Im on mirena and i do not use other protection besides the iud. I frequently use the restroom (#1) about twice in a hour sometime half hour. I wonder if it s anxiety that i might be pregnant or am i really pregnat. I got mirena for a reason to highly lower my chances. I dont have an appetite. What should i do.
