What Causes Severe Back Pain And Hot Flashes?
My back is in pain it started in my lower back on the left side now it s spreading down my legs and to the right side of my back now it s spreading to my upper back and it feels like a knot are lump is on the inside now everytime i eat that spot start hurting and feeling full and I feel bloated a lot and have hot flashes from time to time followed by bad headaches my left arm is beginning to cramp up I haven t had a good night sleep in 3 weeks do to the pain

The pain that you have seems to be due to a spine related problem like spondylosis or a disc prolapse. You can get an MRI scan done to find out.
