Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear patient. Thank you for the question.
Let me start by saying that the main reason for your night sweats and loss of bladder control with back pain is nerve impingement. While there are a number of causes of nerve impingement the most common is acute spondylosis where the jelly between your vertebrae protrudes/herniates out.
Other causes could be
1) Cauda equina syndrome
2) ankylosis spondylitis
3)TB spine if you are from a developing country

My suggestion is to go to an orthopedic surgeon and get
1 ) local examination of back
2) MRI/ct scan
3) complete blood count.
in the meantime to decrease symptoms I suggest ibuprofen 800mg twice a day
