What Causes Severe Bloody Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dizziness And Ringing In Ears?

Before yesterday I had severe diarea and vomiting in the same time. Later that day my stool became all blood and till this morning every 2 hours I had blood stools. Today only once. Now I am feeling dizzy my ears are ringing and my stomach is making lots of noises . Should I be worried?

i appreciate your concern
Looking at your symptoms and history it could be
a rectal polyp
acute gastroenteritis
colitis
diverticulitis
Or a vascular lesion

please visit a gastroenterologist for colonoscopy and blood profile for confirmation of diagnosis
dizziness and weakness might be due to excessive blood loss

have plenty of fluids including ORS to replenish lost water and electrolytes
Fresh fruits and probiotics
