What Causes Severe Body Pains, Diarrhea And Vomiting?

hello
i have been having severe body pains and fever a few days now, the fever has past and the bpdy pains, but now i have diarrhea vomitting and pains down from my calves to under my feet, not severe but its there
should i be worried? or is it just a virus

HI.
This looks to be a classical gastroenteritis-
Starts as fever and body ache only- progressing to loose motions and vomiting and pains as you described .

You need a course of an antibiotic and supportive medicines .
