What Causes Severe Chest Pain After Intake Of Alcohol?

hello. can anyone help me?/ my brother has drunk 2 glasses of alcohol and now he says that he has severe chest pain and tightness. his pulse is 130 regular. bp 120/80. he is 21 years old.

Hi Dear,
your brother is having chest pain is due to alcohol withdrawal symptoms. your brother is alcohol dependence and so if he is not taking alcohol he got such symptoms also sometimes if he not took increasing amount of alcohol also such features appear. for treatment first of all stop alcohol totally. if withdrawal occur in excessive amount then start benzodiazepins according to liver profile . also give vitamin thymine to deteriorate further. After withdrawal i s over start anticraving drugs like acamprosate or aversive treatment like disulfirum .
