What Causes Severe Chest Pain And Dizziness?

My husband had horrible chest pains and went to ER... Normal ekg, blood pressure, cholesterol! Blood work and kidney test... Since he s been home and past few weeks he s been light headed (so bad that he loses his balance) and has occasional heart pain.

hi..you should consult cardiologist and do TMT(ecg when your heart is put in sterss), holter monitoring (24 hour recording of ecg) , screen for hypertension and diabetes.
get checked blood pressure for orthostatic hypotension( bp check on lying then in standing)
avoid smoking / alcohol if u consume.
