What Causes Severe Chest Pain And Temporary Joint Weakness?

I am 69 years. My Synus Rhythm is 800,and Inverted T Wave ( V4, V5) is 621.I get severe chest pain only 4 inches below the JOINT OF COLLAR BONES, slightly on the RIGHT SIDE.This pain remains for less than 5 minutes. My normal BP of 130/80/70 SHOOTS UP TO 175/90 and pulse 95. My both wrist and elbows also get pain and become weak, only gor 5/10 minutes. I GET TOTAL RELEIF AFTER TAKING ENO FRUIT DALT.

Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, it seems less likely to be cardiac however repeat EKG, echocardiogram may be needed as well as cardiac enzymes for reassurance keeping in view the T wave inversions in previous EKG.

If you felt better with ENO might have some gastric correlation but chest X-ray may be done to rule out any lungs related cause of right chest pain.
