What Causes Severe Chest Pain Below The Breast?

yes, i have an auto immune disease not fully diagnosed but they say it might be lupus with something called raynuards disease there still doing some test . My biggest concern right now is that I have a severe constant chest pain under my left breast which gravitates to the bach of my left shoulder blade they did test to check for possible blood clots or heart attack but it came back negative ...what can it be ?

Thanks for your question on HCM. Since you are lupus patient chances of pulmonary infection and pleural effusion is high. So if you not had chest x ray than first go for chest x ray. And you are telling that your heart work up is normal, so if chest x ray also comes normal than the pain must be due to musculoskeletal cause. Rare chances of antibody mediated myositis. So take good pain killers and proper rest. In myositis CPK is raised so you can also check CPK Total.
