What Causes Severe Chest Pain On Right Side And Abdominal Bloating?

I was hospitalized Wednesday am w/possible heart attack. Very acute pain that started with what I described as indigestion, but became so severe that 911 ems took me to hosp. Stayed overnight and had nuclear stress test Thurs. No sign of any heart attach and was told heart was in very good shape. I m 82 female. At home before I left my bp was 188/98. I was in a lot of pain. At time of discharge, bp was 104/52. To follow up w/family doctor this Thursday. In meantime have a routine colonscospy on Wednesday - bloodwork tomorrow. Yesterday about 3pm developed an ache and heaviness in upper right side. Its worse whenever I bend over. Does not go away. Stomach seems bloated and hard. Thanks for information.
