What Causes Severe Chest Pain?

I have a history of chest pains that occure every so often. It just started hurting again today, cant describe the pain but it hur when I flex, bend over or move any kind of way. I been to the doctor befor they said its my bones, Im stressed out or tired and I been perscribed Ib profen. Its hurting really bad today should I go to the ER or take a Ib profen and sleep it off till tomorrow.

1.If the pain is changing if the position of the patient is changes, as some times no pain and in some ways it is increased.
2.This is muscle pains and bony pains. Not related to lungs / cardia.
3.So you have been told correct, and right treatment.
4.If pain is not revealed after the above mentioned medication.An x-ray chest PA view will help find out if there is any pathology.
5.You can try with medication previously prescribed, and visit ER if it persists till next day.
