hello

thank you for trusting HCM

Dear chane of place The most common reason you become constipated chane of place is that you haven't drunk enough water and you've had a change from your regular diet. To prevent constipation, you should drink plenty of water. And that's water, not sodas or coffee. Staying well hydrated during travel also is a good way to prevent both dehydration and constipation.avoid spicy food and alcohol, avoid smoking. eat high fiber diet, green leafy vegetables. use syrp cremaffine plus at night. if symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

take care
