What Causes Severe Constipation Followed By Anal Bleeding?

I have been quite constipated over the past 72hrs and I have just tried to go again but couldn t. I was straining relatively hard and got sudden rushes pf pins and needles going down my left leg. When I wiped my buttocks it was also bleeding. What could this be?

Yes because of hard stools you have cut down on your anal region and caused the bleed. This bleeding piles. So be very careful and prevent constipation to prevent this bleed.
