What Causes Severe Constipation In A 3 Year Old?
hallo doctor sir my self animesh sinha . i hav 3 yrs old daughter. she has lot of problam of constipaion. she didnt daily routin stool on time. aftre 4 and 5 days she fee for commin stoon but stool not com properly due to this problam she cries.so pls docter give me right suggetion for my daughter.

ensure plenty of fluids green leafy vegetables, sprouted pulses, and avoid bakery food or maida.and make her sit on pooty stool every morning after giving her a cup of congee with ghee for ten minutes and encourage to pass stools
