What Causes Severe Cough And Cold While On Prednisone?
I woke up yesterday morning after a long night of coughing due to a cold with the masseter muscle along my jaw line very swollen, and glands.....my face looks very round, what on earth??? I had a doctor see me but she seemed a bit puzzled, put me on prednisone and an antibiotic.

prednisone is known to weaken your bodys immunity due which u easily get infections.the glands are swollen because they are infected.you need to take antibiotics for an extended period to treat the infection.maintain good oral hygeine.
