What Causes Severe Cough, Bronchitis And Muscle Catch After Quitting Smoking?

hello sir , i am 28 years old and i have been a smoker since 6 years . i smoke 10-15 cigars per day . 3 weeks back i quit smoking all of a sudden . since then i have severe cough and it is terrible . my chest x ray showed bronchitis and i had muscle catch , and they prescribed t. retoz60 mg BD for five days . but still i have the pain on my upper back and chest . please suggest something for my cough which is getting worse daily and for my pain .

in my experience you can try montelucast 0 mg bd
with syp cpm and codeine combination 1 tsf bd
can continue 3 wk
and can use mild analgesic plus muscle relextant sos for crampsand pain in legs
