What Causes Severe Cough Followed By Vomit And Chest Pain?

I am 31 years old, my height is 160cm and weight 70kg. i suffered from esnophilia last year.. i had severe cough followed by vomit, i consulted a pulmologist who diagonised my problem. my chest xray was clear, lungs performance test was good. i took treatment for esnophilia and was alright.. however after that i suffered from frequent cough with loads of mucous in phlegm and would get alright after some days... now for quite some days i am feeling discomfort in my right side of the chest and i would feel better when i cough... my breathing process would be hampered with discomfortness and cough would be triggered and then i will feel comfort... while coughing sometimes my chest pains along with back ache... i am much worried whether these are signs for risky disease like lung cancer.. recently i have discomfortness in left side of my chest and was diagonised by a cardio as gastrities....do that may be the reason for my current problem.... pl advice
