What Causes Severe Cough With Mild Fever And Tiredness?

I was having cough for two week.
I have past history of lung TB 25 year a go.
I am addict to tobacco chewing since long 15 year.
My ESR is 102 RBC 12
AGE 34 height 5'10'' weight 58 kg no weight loss.
I was having high cough and very very mild fever with weakness.
X-ray show infection
Now i have got Montus test,
I will get result tomorrow
what can be result??????????
