What Causes Severe Dehydration With Feet Swelling?

I am 43 white female 5 4 223lbs. I have OCD , PSTD, Panic Attacks, Night Terrors, cholesterol , iron deficiency , Thyroid was cot out and removed. synth round taken now. Malabsorbtion syndrome, adrenal insufficientcy, chronic insomnia, L-5 -s-1 herniated ruptured disc compression, Kyphoplasty mid spine, c-3- t-4 damaged in car wreck one year ago, hysterectomy .....I am having severe dehydration cau seeing feet to swell. They change colors are to stretch compacity level and now strength. Severe pain. No capillary reflex. Any thoughts? I have 17 medications

I really appreciate your concern, you seems to have multiple medical condition and all of that needs to be taken very well care, although it may not be dehydration but it seems to be edematous and it could be due to renal (Kidney) disease and it is better to get done the renal profile for all the medical condition better to take care hope this information helps
