What Causes Severe Diarrhea And Throwing Up With Fluctuating Fever?

I've been having major diarrhea the past 4 days but before that I was throwing up. I've also had a small temp about 100.4 then it will go back down to 98 then go back up again. Also my wife had gotten what I have but it went away so can u tell me what you might think it is or what can I do to get better.

HI

Thanks for posting your query .

You seem to be having Stomach Infection ( Gastro-enteritis ). Most of the time it is due to Viral infection and will resolve on its own , but sometimes it's due to bacterial infection for which you require Antibiotic therapy .

You need to get Stool microscopy test to know whether it is Viral infection or Bacterial .
Kindly revert back to me with reports.
