What Causes Severe Dizziness, Gas, Bloating, Forgetfulness, Stomach Cramping, Diarhea, And Constipation?

Severe dizziness, gas, bloating, forgetfullness, stomach cramping, diarhea, constipation, increase in urination and in bowel movements, hotflashes, fatigue, light joint pain, fullness in breasts, stiff neck, slight increase in vaginal fluids. Dont have periods but once a year. All this has happened slowly over the past week and a half. What is wrong with me?
