Hello, My husband is 77 years. He has controlled HB, A Fib, Condro Sarcoma of his left chest wall, removed mass and 3 ribs last year and 2 years ago had a meningioma on the right side of head behind right eye. he also suffers from kidney stones, prostate. He has been dizzy all day. He was going to go to hospital tonight but was to dizzy and went to bed. He had been dizzy for a few days prior but intermittent . Should I take him tonight to the hospital?

Dizziness may be due to hypotension or cardiac ischemia or BPPV or vertebro basilar insufficiency etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Need to scan the brain with ECG.
