What Causes Severe Dryness And Itchiness In The Anal And Vaginal Area?

My anal region the skin he complwatly dried out , it s sure and the itching is bad , there is no moisture in the skin and it s now traveling towards my vagina area ... Skin is red bumpy and itchy Tryed hydrocortisone hasn t helped much .... What creme can I use to stop intense itch and put moisture back into the skin it like a prune with I think a rash ...

Hi,

1. Vaginal itchiness is commonly due to Yeast infection.
2. Undue stress, hygiene issues.
3. Use of harsh soaps, douches or spermicides.
4. Hormonal changes(low estrogen level).
5. Recently used medications, perimenopausal phase.
6. Intake of excessively processed food items & sugary food.

You can take an oral course of Fluconazole(Diflucan) & apply Clotrimazole cream in the area affected.

Stay away from addictions if any. Take Evion, once daily & homemade nutritious food. Get physically examined you may need a hormone replacement therapy.
