What Causes Severe Fatigue After Suffering From A Bladder Infection?

Hi - a friend of our family is a female, 85 years old complaining of significant fatigue had a bladder infection about a month ago and finished antibiotics a few weeks ago has a bladder retention / shy bladder issue. admits to not drinkin fluids sufficiently in the last week Sodium was somewhat low yesterday = 129. WBC 8800 HGB 13 UA/UC shows normal from an urgent care visit yesterday. BP was 185/95 on a home device - not sure of the EKG not done during the visit vomiting today after eating

@ Fatigue is not in relation with the bladder infection as it is over , finished
antibiotics .
@ Fatigue is due to - dehydration state ( due to less intake of fluids ) -
Hyponatremia - BP fluctuations - low hemoglobin - low immunity -
deficiency of proteins , vitamins , minerals , anti-oxidants , trace
elements - underlying systemic issues as diabetes / thyroid issues -
others
