What Causes Severe Fatigue After Walking?
Good morning Doc. please I find it difficult to brief and very tired after walking for just after 50 metres or juct a little exercise like bending to pick something on the floor or just 3 minute into sex.
What is wrong with me and what should I do or not. Am really desperate.

You have to rule out anaemia first according to mentioned symptoms. For that you can investigate with complete blood count investigation.
If haemoglobin level is within limit then your Cardiac and respiratory examination should be done.
Moreover, you can be advised to investigate with serum TSH estimation, serum calcium estimation, SGPT, SGOT, urea, creatinine estimation for further work up.
