What Causes Severe Fatigue And Body Ache?

...greetings from Hayfork, Ca...have been feeling tired and sore for the last month... BP was up (160/110)..had it treated...not the problem...still tired and sore, from rising till bedtime...lethargic, unmotivated...ST memory sometimes an issue...I live in the woods...ticks removed on occasion (1-2 year)...67 yr male, 150 lbs, in superb shape...meds: atenolol 50mg, lisinopril 10mg, chlorithalidone 12.5mg.../daily...smoke 1/2 pk/d, no alcohol, some cannibis...cancer survivor/lymphoma stg 1...tingling in feet...after fixing the BP I'm thinking Lyme disease...your take on this????.....thanks for being here.

The reason behind the sever fatigue and body ache could be due to viral infection or it can be bacterial infection, for the viral infection it is the self limiting one but for the bacterial infection one has to take the antibiotic, besides this condition may be due to fibromyalgia, symptoms can be well managed with Acetaminophen tablet. drink more water, routine test can be performed.
