What Causes Severe Fatigue And Chest Pain?

I have chest pain, not sharp or stabbing, but reasonably uncomfortable. No position provides relief. Pain in both arms from shoulder down to approximately the elbow. Pain in all has persisted since around 12:00 noon, it is now 6:13 PM. The pain started after I finished riding my schwinn air dyne for only 20 minutes, but completely overtaken by fatigue which is highly unusual. I usually ride for 30-45 minutes at high intensity. Immediately ceasing exercise, was cold, clammy and sweating profusely. Not normal. Approximately 1.5 hours ago, feeling absolutely flushed. Blood glucose at time pain started was 134. I will also be 56 years old on Monday. Given these symptoms, is this a probably heart attack or related or something else?
