What Causes Severe Fatigue, Headache And Mild Hair Loss Post Menopause?
I am a 53 y/o female post menopause. I have a history of anemia but have been doing well with that for quite some time. I am starting to get some of the symptoms back-including fatigue, SOB, headache, weakness, mild hair loss. I was wondering if I could take an organic non GMO heme iron supplement.

I would suggest you do a total blood count with a formula to check for anemia. Don't take iron if you don't really need to take it. Also, do a ferritinemia test to check iron deposit levels.
If you lack iron than you can take supplements of iron.
